Are you feeling stressed out, overwhelmed & in need of more self-care? Then it’s time to take a deep breath, slow down & take your power back. To celebrate Stress Awareness Week as part of MoreYoga's MoreMind event series, we invite you to join us for a cosy, calming and cleansing afternoon inspired by Hygge.

Together with the beautiful yoga teacher, Liz Joy Oakley, we will open the workshop with a candlelit Yang into Yin Yoga practice to help open the body and quiet the mind before we get cosy for the workshop. We will work with essential oils and discuss how aromatherapy can be used to help cultivate more calm in your life and create a relaxing sacred space. You will learn about different tools and techniques to help reduce stress and make life much more comfortable before settling in for a soothing Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation…. Expect to float out of the studio feeling relaxed, restored and inspired.

GOOD KARMA is included in every ticket, with all profits going to MoreYoga's charity of the year, Choose Love, a new movement in charity that provides emergency aid and long term solutions where they are most needed.

WHAT IS HYGGE?
Regarded as the defining characteristic of Danish culture, hygge is a word that comprises a plethora of qualities with comfort at its heart. Going beyond cosiness, hygge creates a sense of contentment, well-being, harmony and safety. Hygge is informal, friendly and warm – you could even call it intimate, cultivating a feeling of being at home with a person or in a place, forging all around good vibes.

MOREYOGA X COPPAFEEL

BRA-LESS YOGA TO RAISE MONEY FOR COPPAFEEL DURING BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

Step into Your Power Yoga

Saturday, October 26th

12-2pm

MoreYoga Angel, London

I lost my mum to breast cancer when I was 21, so I'm honoured to be the face of this important campaign to support the CoppaFeel! mission to normalise self-checks, and encourage young people to get to know their bodies. It might just save your life.

Practice with me or one of the amazing MoreYoga teachers who are donating their time for the cause this month. At the end of each session, we'll teach you how to do a self exam, leaving you confident to cop a feel with our Boob Check 101.

All classes are free to book, and donations will be accepted on the day.
